From July 11 to 13, 2023, the 3-day 17th Laser Photonics China ended successfully at Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. On this platform of exchange and cooperation, FEELTEK brought a series of core products and solutions to the exhibition, which was widely praised by professionals at home and abroad and attracted many visitors to come to consult and negotiate.
As a leader in industrial laser 3D dynamic focusing systems, FEELTEK is committed to the application process innovation of dynamic focusing systems. At this exhibition, the whole family of FEELTEK dynamic focusing system products made an amazing appearance. From FR-10 series to FR70 series, all varieties of dynamic focus system products are available.
Numerous domestic and foreign visitors and professionals came to FEELTEK’s booth, making it bustling with activity.
The set of ODM system displayed on the exhibition has aroused the curiosity and consultation of many customers because of its unique shape and design concept. The complete ODM system including laser, dynamic focusing system and control system raise the integration efficiency for machine integrators.
In addition to the family of dynamic focusing systems, FEELTEK also brought two heavyweights —the newly developed Additive Manufacturing Prince and Linkage Platform.
Additive Manufacturing Prince
AM Prince is a product developed to improve the efficiency and yield of additive manufacturing. FEELTEK has filed a patent for the structural design of this product. Through the redundant setting design, the scan head can be dynamically deployed and achieve full coverage. It is also the smallest module in the world, and do unlimited array combination.
Linkage Platform
The linkage platform is to mix 2D scan head and XY platform using linear motor into the same coordinate system, and carry out linkage control. It is mainly used for precision large-format panel etching, and adopts distributed control to initially establish the prototype of adaptive laser processing workstation.
