1. FUTURE SCAN provides greater field of view and minimal spot distortion in comparasion with 2D scanner.

a) The traditional 2D vibrating mirror spot Y mirror axis movement results in the loss of the effective range of the actual focal plane Y component and the spot distortion of the two components of the whole field of view.

b) FUTURE SCAN adopts a three-axis mirror, and through optical compensation, the reflecting surface of the XY component is at the center of the Y galvanometer, and the maximum field of view of the F-mirror field lens can be maximally utilized, and meanwhile, the light spots of the two components can be guaranteed to be consistent and free of distortion.

2. Standard XY2-100 protocol, compatible with popular control card on the market.

3. Due to the simplification of control, under same light diameter,FUTURE SCAN has the same electrical response index and repetition accuracy as the standard 2D scanner.

4. Provide scanner options with 355, 532, 1064(nm)and kinds of other wavelength.
